As the legal status changes, the management of Oro Navigacija remains the same: both the board and the chief executive officer continue to work

As air navigation service provider Oro Navigacija is reorganised into public limited liability company since January, on the 5th of December the Ministry of Transport and Communications confirmed that current members of the board will maintain their positions. The Board assigned Saulius Batavičius to further work as the chief executive officer of Oro Navigacija after the enterprise is reorganised into public limited liability company.
Oro Navigacija announced that the members of the Board will maintain their positions: chairman Jūratė Stanišauskienė, also members Gediminas Almantas, Darius Stravinskas, Mantas Šukevičius and the representative of the employees Vytautas Vaižmužis.
After the restructuring of state enterprise into public limited liability company with the sole shareholder of all the shares, the Ministry of Transport and Communications will become the owner of 100 percent of the shares of Oro Navigacija. The articles of association of public limited liability company Oro Navigacija will be registered at the Register of Legal Entities on the 2nd of January 2023.
