We are pleased to announce that we are one of the first air navigation service providers in Europe to implement LEAN system in our enterprise. This system enables the enterprise to increase efficiency of the activity and the value created for internal and external customers.

The first stage of the system introduction took place at the end of April as we organized a training course for the management team of Oro Navigacija. We started with Hoshin Kanri method, which allows the enterprise to organise the activity in a unified direction. By involving the entire organization into the activity this method enables to replace the goals of the enterprise with tasks for a certain team.

Consequently, a fluent communication system is introduced in the enterprise: employees have an excellent understanding of the enterprise goals and feedback on their implementation is provided on regular basis.
